Lizard’s Thicket – Knox Abbott

Lizard’s Thicket is a family owned and operated country cooking restaurant dedicated and specializing in authentic regional southern home cooking (at reasonable prices).  The first restaurant was opened by Bob and Anna Williams on Broad River Road in Columbia in 1977.  Thirty-five years later, Lizard’s Thicket is still owned and operated by the Williams family.  Today there are 13 locations in Columbia, SC and one in Florence, SC and all locations are open seven days a week and serve breakfast, lunch and supper.
