If you’re a chef or restaurateur that’s interested in serving the best tasting local ingredients, we invite you to join the Fresh on the Menu program. It all starts here.

Fresh on the Menu was created to help increase the per capita income of rural South Carolinians through the generation of agricultural commerce. As a restaurant that serves Certified SC food, you are helping to meet that goal.

Members are required to dedicate at least 25% of their ingredients to come from Certified South Carolina grown products that are in season. If your restaurant already meets that goal, then we’d love to have you as a part of the team. If you are looking for ways to increase your local food sourcing, we can help with that too.
