About the Restaurant

The student-operated Fowler Dining Room provides training in a real restaurant operation, in areas such as fine dining, buffet and café service. Menus are created using a wide range of cooking techniques focusing on taste, texture, color and creativity using locally grown vegetables, fruits, meats, seafood, cheese, and eggs.

For every meal period, we reserve 12 seats at our family table for non-reservation holding walk-in guests. During lunch you must have arrived prior to 11:45 a.m. in order to be seated. We advise calling ahead to inquire if there is space available for walk-in service 843-839-7001.

Fresh on the Menu chefs know the importance of using fresh, Certified SC ingredients. It means their dishes look and taste so good, you’ll forget the ‘before’ picture to share with friends and just dig right in. That’s okay, we’re used to seeing empty plates.
