About the Restaurant
Heirloom opened in 2019 with a vision to honor the rich traditions of our region. The restaurant brings a new chapter to Spartan Mills, a textile mill that was founded in 1881 and became the heart of the community. Families grew and the town flourished with the mill at the center. And every night, those families would gather around the table to share meals and so much more.
Inspired by the lasting connections that were woven around the table, our restaurant offers a fresh twist on classic milltown staples that will bring people together. At Heirloom, we celebrate the bounty of local farmers and purveyors with dishes that are humble in roots yet inspired in execution.
Whether you are toasting a happy occasion or merely catching up with a friend over dinner, we hope Heirloom’s tables always feel like a warm neighborhood gathering place.
