About the Restaurant
The Bob Jones University Culinary Arts Program prepares students for careers in culinary arts and hospitality through hands-on training in food production, catering, menu development, food safety, and restaurant operations.
Students learn the value of local food systems by working with fresh, seasonal ingredients and exploring the impact of sourcing from regional farms and food producers.
Through experiential learning, the program promotes responsible purchasing, supports local agriculture, and equips future culinary professionals to incorporate locally sourced products into menus that strengthen both community connections and the regional economy.
We have 2 distinct dining opportunities. In the fall we operate our Bistro which features scratch made pastas, pizza, sandwiches and desserts. In the spring our Cuisine & Culture class prepares meals with both local and international themes.
