Tomato Gazpacho

Tomato Gazpacho - Fresh On The Menu Recipe
  • 4 Tomatoes, Diced
  • 1 Cucumber, Diced
  • 1 Red Bell Peppers, Diced
  • 1 Red Onion, Diced
  • 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Tbs Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Sriracha
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper


Place all ingredients into a high walled bowl and puree with an immersion blender until coarsely chopped.
Chill for an hour to allow flavors to develop. Serve chilled.
