Pimento Cheese - Fresh On The Menu Recipe
  • 4 tablespoons Roasted Red Peppers, diced
  • 1/2 lb Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 lb Extra-Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 6 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Sea Salt
  • Pinch of Cayenne Pepper


Blend all ingredients together. Use immediately or cover and refrigerate. Yields 4 cups of Pimento Cheese.
