Ingredients
- 4 lbs. Natures Beef Ground Beef
- 2 tsp. kosher salt
- 2 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
- 3/4 C Beer-B-Que sauce (Available only at Grits & Groceries)
- 3/4 C. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 C. of Grits & Groceries Pimento Cheese (Available only at Grits & Groceries)
- 16 strips of crispy cooked bacon
- 16 slices of Texas Toast
- 8 slices of tomato
- 8 leaves of Iceberg Lettuce
- 8 Tbsp. soft butter
- Dukes Mayonnaise
Directions
Mix together the ground beef, salt, pepper, Beer-B-Que Sauce and Worcestershire sauce until thoroughly mixed together. Divide into 8 oz. balls and flatten into patties. Cook burgers to desired doneness (preferably over a charcoal grill). Top burgers with about 1/3 cup of pimento cheese while still on the grill. Meanwhile, slather one side of the slices of Texas Toast with butter and toast to a golden brown on a medium low griddle or skillet. Turn and toast the other side. Dress the bread with mayonnaise, lettuce and tomato. Place burger on toast and top with crispy bacon. Enjoy with friends and your favorite backyard beverage.
