1 Tube 5# Ground Beef 1 Bag Ground Veal 2 diced sweetened Onions 4 Eggs 2 C. Sour Cream 2 C. Ketchup 1/4 C Worcestershire 2 T. Garlic Powder 2 T. Onion Powder 1 Qt. Panko 2 T. Kosher Salt 2 T. Black Pepper

Sweat onions down until translucent.  Mix all ingredients thoroughly, and place mixture in loaf pans.  Bake at 325 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until 155 degrees in the center.
