Lamb Meatloaf - Fresh On The Menu Recipe
  • 2 1/2 lbs Ground Lamb
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Yellow Onion, small dice
  • 1/4 cup Green Onion, small dice
  • 1/4 cup Thyme
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper


Preheat oven to 425F. MIx all ingredients together, place in a parchment paper lined loaf pan. Bake for 35 minutes.
Yields 6 portions.
