- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 small shallot, chopped
- 2 cups Certified SC Grown Kale
- 3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- 3 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1 small jalapeno, chopped and seeded
- 1 large avocado, roughly chopped
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- ¼ cup chopped tomato
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- In a food processor, add garlic, shallot, and kale; pulverize until smooth.
- Add cilantro, parsley, and jalapeno; continue processing until smooth.
- Pour processed mixture into a bowl; add chopped avocado; mash until entire mixture is creamy and combined well.
- Stir in lemon juice, chopped tomato, salt, and pepper.
- Serve with favorite chips for dipping.
