Corn Cake

Ingredients
  • 3 1/2 cups corn
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 cup melted butter, not hot
  • 3 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 
  • 42 oz sweet condensed milk 

Directions

Preheat oven at 325° F. Place all the ingredients in the blender. Let sit the mix for 10 minutes and pour on a greased 9′ cake pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
