Ingredients
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 3 ounces Sour Cream
- 1/3 cup Buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons Parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/3 cup Gorgonzola Cheese
- Pinch of Salt and Pepper
Directions
Blend all ingredients together. Use on a chilled wedge of Iceberg lettuce. Cover and refrigerate. Yields 1 pint of Blue Cheese Dressing.
