Ingredients
- 1 cup South Carolina Watermelon
- 1 lb. freshly grown arugula
- 1 oz. banjul's vinegar
- 3 oz. smoked olive oil
- 1 oz. feta cheese
- 1 oz. toasted pine nuts
- 4 radishes thinly sliced
Directions
1 slice watermelon plated. Place arugula in a bowl. Drizzle vinegar and olive oil and mix together. Season with salt & pepper. Add the rest of the ingredients and serve.
