Ingredients
- 2 bunches collard greens
 - 1 cup cider vinegar
 - Splash of hot sauce
 - 1 ham hock
 - 1# bacon
 - ½ an onion diced
 - Chicken stock
 
Directions
Tear collards into bite size pieces and thoroughly wash. In a stock pot cook diced bacon until crispy. Add the rest of the ingredients to the pot. Add chicken stock until greens are covered with liquid. Bring to a simmer and cook for two hours or until greens are tender.
