Ingredients
- 4 medium size boneless chicken breasts
- 4 slices of Piccolo Proscuitto Ham
- 4 slices of provolone cheese
- 4 leaves of sage
- 1 cup of seasoned flour to dredge in
- ¼ cup white wine
- ¼ cup chicken broth
Directions
Layer each slice of chicken with ham then cheese. Dredge each piece and place in hot pan with oil. Place each seam down so the ham sticks to the chicken. Brown all side in pan. Next add white wine and chicken broth. Place in hot oven (400 degree) for 8 to 12 minutes and serve.
