Watermelon Salad - Fresh On The Menu Recipe
  • 1 cup South Carolina Watermelon
  • 1 lb. freshly grown arugula
  • 1 oz. banjul's vinegar
  • 3 oz. smoked olive oil 
  • 1 oz. feta cheese
  • 1 oz. toasted pine nuts
  • 4 radishes thinly sliced


1 slice watermelon plated. Place arugula in a bowl. Drizzle vinegar and olive oil and mix together. Season with salt & pepper. Add the rest of the ingredients and serve.
