Local Broccoli, Walnut & Blue Cheese Salad
- 4 cups broccoli florettes, cut to medium or bite-sized pieces
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 3 Tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
- Salt & Pepper to taste
A flavorful salad that is a great side for both sandwiches and entrees.
Toss all ingredients in a bowl, adjusting salt and pepper to taste. Serves 8-10 people.
