Ingredients
- 2 large Certified SC Grown cucumbers, sliced
- ¼ cup red onion, sliced
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 lemon, juice and zest
- 2 Tbsp dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 clove garlic, grated (optional)
