Ingredients
- 9 egg yolks
- 1 1/2 cup Half and Half
- 1 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1 1/2 cup Bourbon Whiskey
Directions
Evaporate the alcohol from whiskey by simmering, let cool. Combine all other ingredients in small bowl. Once whiskey is cool, add to egg and cream mixture. Mix well. Churn in Ice Cream Maker. Cover and freeze. Yields 1 Quart.
